Top Picks for CMCC#65!

Thank you to all of you who played along with our monochromatic challenge this week! What a wonderfully happy blue gallery we had!

Now onto this weeks Captivator as chosen by Katie...

Katie's Pick: Choosing a winner was so hard, all the cards were fabulous!  Ultimately, I went with Kim's sweet card, it is just too perfect!  She worked this with her pal "Lucy"-LOL!  (You'll have to head to hear blog to hear more about Lucy).  Anyhoo, the whimsy and delight captured my heart and the Captivator!
